Ubayyu ibn Ka'b ( Larabci: أُبَيّ ٱبْن كَعْب , ʾUbayy ibn Kaʿb (ya rasu a shekara ta 649), wanda kuma aka fi sani da Abu Mundhir,[1][2] sahabin annabin musulunci ne kuma mutum ne mai kima a cikin al’ummar musulmin farko.
Tarihin Rayuwa
[gyara sashe | gyara masomin]An haifi Ubayyu a Madina (a lokacin ana kiransa Yathrib), a cikin ƙabilar Banu Khazraj .[2] Ya kasance ɗaya daga cikin waɗanda suka fara karɓar Musulunci tare da yi wa Annabi Muhammadu mubaya'a a al-Aqabah kafin hijira zuwa Madina, ya zama daya daga cikin Ansar . Ya shiga alkawari na biyu a al-Aqabah . [2] Daga baya, ya halarci yakin Badar da sauran alƙawaran da suka biyo baya.
Ya zama marubuci ga Annabi Muhammadu, yana rubuta masa wasiƙa. [2] Ubayyu yana ɗaya daga cikin waɗanda suka rubuta surorin Alkur'ani kuma yana da Mus'af ɗinsa. Bayan mutuwar Annabi Muhammadu, yana ɗaya daga cikin Hafiz ashirin da biyar, mutanen da suka san Kur'ani gaba ɗaya da zuciya ɗaya.
Yana cikin ƙungiyar tuntuɓa ( mushawarah ) wacce halifa Abubakar yayi nuni da matsaloli da dama. Ya haɗa da Umar, Uthman, Ali, Abd al-Rahman bn Awf, Muadh bn Jabal, Ubayyu da Zaid bn Thabit .
Daga baya Umar ya tuntuɓi wannan ƙungiya tun yana halifa. Musamman ga fatawowi (hukunce-hukuncen shari'a) ya yi nuni ga Ali bn Abi Talib, Usman, Ubayyu, da Zaid ibn Thabit .
Ubayyu ya rasu a shekara ta 649 miladiyya (30H), a zamanin khalifancin Usman .
