目前来说最好的线路电信是GIA，联通9929，移动CMI

请问联通4837和联通169有啥区别，通过网上的资料显示好像是指同一个网络——中国网通互联网（联通 169 网络，CHINA169，AS4837），有大佬可以给出靠谱的参考链接或介绍一下吗？
