Hi Sir,
Greetings of the Day!!!

I have used your TCGA2STAT package earlier and it was really very useful for many of us. But recently I am only able to download 26 samples for RNASeq count data for LIHC, OV and for many cancers only a few samples are being downloaded. Recently this package has been also removed CRAN. Please look into the matter. Additionally, for different cancers, count values for different numbers of genes are being downloaded, which is also very problematic.
Hope you will resolve these issues very soon so that we can use your very useful package again.
