另外服务状态FATAL和BACKOFF分别是什么意思？

  1. 确保上传路径可写, Demo使用的是CodeIgniter框架编写，可参阅其手册。
  2. FATAL 和 BACKOFF 是supervisord中对进程状态的描述，可以参阅其手册。

那按照安装文档安装完成后为什么除转换队列服务外的三个服务都处于FATAL状态呢？需要手动启动吗？
