I encountered a 404 error when trying to access the root URL of the application.

Error Message:
Not Found
The requested URL was not found on the server. If you entered the URL manually please check your spelling and try again.

I have verified the route definition in run.py and it appears to be correct.
Please provide any insights or suggestions to resolve this issue.
