Flesh out the Thaw function. At a minimum, it needs to:

Re-mount the indicated repo
Re-mount snapshots which cover the date range requested
Provide a query function to show us what repo/bucket/base path needs to be brought back from Glacier
Add a ThawSet to the DF index so this repo can be skipped during Rotate actions

Ideally, it should:

Start migrating the bucket or path(s) back from wherever they are, and
Save state so that the operation can be resumed once the data is available
