You’re right there isn’t a lot going on.
I think I’m the only person listed in the MAINTAINERS file who’s still interested, though sadly I didn’t spend any time on Scope lately.

Maybe someone from Weaveworks will comment.

The only options are a community fork or Weaveworks transferring ownership.

If there's enough quorum I can make an Org/Fork.

I would like to help

I was able to build the code from the default branch and it still works with Docker using the provided Dockerfile.

My understanding is that it needs a few small changes to work with recent k8s, since the API's have changed.
