Are you referring to this configuration? https://documentation.wazuh.com/current/user-manual/wazuh-dashboard/multi-tenancy.html That are wazuh-dashboard related changes, and they shouldn't affect connection between agent and server. Some questions:
Since after disabling it, the issue still persist I don't think how can that be related to the dashboard configuration, did you perform any other change in your ossec.conf file? |

Thank you for the response. I was able to resolve the issue. It was an issue with VPN configurations. Totally user error on my part. |

I enabled multi-tenant on my single node wazuh-manager and I tried adding new agents but they're not showing up on my dashboard. The wazuh-agent shows as installed and it's pointing to the server but the agents are not being recognized. At first I thought it was just Mac endpoints but I tried adding Linux and Windows and none of them are showing. I've already disabled the multi-tenant feature and the issue still persists.
