Should this create TOC in the beginning of pdf-document
pdf = MarkdownPdf(toc_level=1)

for ix in range(10):
    md = f"# Section {ix+1}\nblaablaa\n"

    pdf.add_section(Section(md, toc=True))

pdf.meta["title"] = "help"
pdf.save("foo.pdf")`

You can create any content in markdown and place it anywhere in the pdf document.

TOC (AKA 'bookmarks') in terms of the markdown-pdf is a special part of the pdf document, which is displayed by pdf viewers in a separate frame.

Ok, thanks. My pdf -viewer didn´t show this bookmarks by default.
