Platform Monitoring Technology exports a PCI Bar DVSEC buffer with more information we could use.
This buffer needs to be parsed with a per-platform XML.
(TODO get the existing XML)

As example the sysman has already started to collect a bit of data:
/compute-runtime/level_zero/sysman/source/shared/linux/pmt
