Problem

The official TRON documentation states that the 1 TRX account activation fee has been removed, but in practice, the network still charges 1 TRX when creating a new account via transaction.

Evidence

  • Example Transaction:
    • Tronscan Link
    • Sent: 1.1 TRX → Only 0.1 TRX arrived in the new account (1 TRX was deducted as an activation fee).

According to the doc describes Alternatively, you can also transfer TRX or TRC10 tokens to an inactive account address in a smart contract for account activation , only transfer in smart contract is free.
Is your transfer a direct transfer or through a smart contract transfer?
