🚀 Feature

Actually use not stolen for mock camera instead of just supplementing images manually and connecting to localhost:5000 for the sake of connecting to not stolen for sitl testing.

(Theoretically this should be implemented after the not stolen side has been updated, but it could technically work with the current not stolen code as well)
