continuous integration

we would like to add some sort of CI testing to this repo. It would be great to know that its working with the latest release of tripal.

We could do this by adding CI to the tripal core.
We could also do it by setting up some sort of git hook and rerunning integration test when tripal core releases.

reminder to self: this is using latest release, not latest dev version.
