Backup discs or even genuine Saturn discs.

I get "Not a Game Disc!8" error most of the time meaning I have to keep re-inserting the discs just to get them to work. Most of my genuine discs boot up fine without the Saroo in.

Will this be addressed?

Please confirm if your optical drive's disk reading performance has weakened?

Select a genuine CD to ensure that the game runs smoothly every time without Saroo; Continue using this genuine CD and test if the game runs smoothly every time after inserting Saroo?

They all work fine without the Saroo cart inserted.
