Request: Validate File Name (automatically change)

Ability to have Filebase validate and "change" the file name that is presented with. In case of exception error of file name not valid. Have the ability to have file base automatically clean the name if "requested".

Let's make this a configuration variable to define all uses of the initiated database. This will allow it to have a consistent action if enabled.
