wmi objects as lists of dict

Hello

I'm using your WMI 1.4.9 which pretty much does everything I want, including on Python 3.7 and Windows 10, I'm actually amazed.
I just needed to get my wmi requests back as Python Dict, so I wrote a quick function to do so.
There's already fetch_as_lists, but it can't take a query with '*' as fields.

Is this still the valid place to make a PR ?
