查了下，不支持python3.8及更高版本，需要手动降级到3.7以下，建议直接修复一下，很简单的改动

#100 有解决方法。不过确实源代码修改一下比较好。

可供参考:
packages/thulac/character/CBTaggingDecoder.py", line 170, in segmentTag
start = time.perf_counter()# 原.clock()方法已被python3.8抛弃，3.10测试修改后可正常运行。
