What

  • e2e level
  • examples since they are supposed to be working

Why

  • stability of releases for consumers
  • develop fast with confidence
  • ensure documentation is working
  • 2-for-1 (docs + tests)

How

  • try using playwright
  • loop through examples, a test per example (this may require/be best with a code generation step)
  • an example should:
    • have a working development
    • have a working build
  • not all examples will have the same tests presumably. How to handle this? In theory an example should co-locate its tests
