Description
Since reactpy and reactpy-django were not added to conda-forge by our release deadline, we went ahead and removed them from the dependency section and temporarily shut off the tests that heavily on reactpy by renaming them with a "__" prefix. This issue exists as a reminder to undo those last-minute back-out changes once conda-forge has been updated with the reactpy packages (see conda-forge/staged-recipes#27994).
