The source distribution for 4.2.3 has a venv directory with a Python 3.8 venv. Not a big deal, but it doesn't seem to belong there.

The venv was not committed to the source tree, so it looks like hatchling is a bit too clever about things.

I created #98 and will push a new release once it is approved.

For the record, I don't think a new release is really needed — the directory is not picked up by anything. Just wanted to let you know in case it was a pipeline problem that needed to be fixed.
