Add TL-B schemas for Address, StateInit, Message, and other core types

It would be helpful to include TL-B schemas for core data types such as Address, StateInit, Message, and possibly others. This would:
• Improve clarity and consistency across documentation and code
• Help developers understand serialization and deserialization processes
• Make it easier to write tools, tests, or perform manual inspection of cells
