Not receiving calendar notifications

Describe the bug
Not receiving calendar notifications for both Mail and Calendar apps

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Make an event in the calendar - either in the Tuta Mail app or the Tuta Calendar App
  2. Set a reminder for the event
  3. Save
  4. No notification is received at the given time the reminder was set for (i.e. 1 Hour before event)

Expected behavior
To receive a reminder notification at the given times I set the reminders for.

Smartphone (please complete the following information):

  • Device: Pixel 9 Pro and Pixel Tablet
  • OS: Android 15, GrapheneOS
  • Version: Mail app version: 277.250414.1 - Calendar app version: 277.250414.1

Additional context
I have both the Tuta mail and calendar apps installed on both my Pixel 9 pro and Pixel tablet and don't receive notifications on either. All apps on both devices have unrestricted battery use and notifications enabled.

Adding information to this.

I'm using a Samsung s24 and noticed this happening a month ago, so to temporary resolve this I recreated all my calendar event which worked for a less then a month (created them 2025-04-14)... Last Saturday (2025-05-03) I received no notificaitons from the repeateing events :(

If i create a brand new event the notifications work, as thetrashcanhero, I'm have the problem in both tuta mail and tuta calendar.

In the logs Device logs I have two close to one another 08:15 and 08:16, the 08:15 event is brand new and 08:16 is the old one see pictures about my schedule.
