First, thanks for building such a powerful and versatile database solution! The ability to use Turso online, offline, or on-device with any framework, language, or infra provider is a game-changer for many modern apps.
I want to request support for a Dart client for Turso. Dart is the primary language used for Flutter, which powers many cross-platform apps today—mobile, desktop, web, and even embedded. A native Dart client would allow Flutter developers to leverage Turso's distributed edge database capabilities directly within their apps, especially for:
Offline-first mobile applications
Edge computing scenarios
Real-time data sync when back online
Why Dart?
Huge Flutter ecosystem adoption.
Growing usage for multiplatform and embedded development.
High demand for performant, reliable, and lightweight local/offline databases in mobile and edge apps.
What would be helpful:
Dart bindings or a native Dart client SDK.
Support for connecting to Turso-hosted instances and local/offline syncing.
Integration documentation/examples for Flutter apps.
Let me know if there's any ongoing effort I can contribute to, or if a community-driven implementation would be welcomed 🙌
Thanks again for the awesome work!
