As noted by a new user, the mod_evasive config for the Mediawiki appliance may need adjustment to ensure that it runs more smoothly.

Because we have already tweaked the default mod_evasive config (in common), just rebuilding it will likely be enough to resolve the issue. However it should be tested to ensure that is enough. Perhaps it may need further tweaking explicitly for Mediawiki?
