When running simulations for performance analysis I'm parsing the text based log file for the timing data generated when using the --print-timing-info. It would be very helpful to have the timing information go to another output file in json format.

I'm willing do code up a PR for this but wanted to be sure this capability wasn't already in place (I didn't see it with a cursory look at the help output)

( this is a post sst 15.0 request of course )
