Working in the small company that provides some SaaS.

I have finished the stage of being involved in programming as a job, and my job is management and team building.
However, as a programming fan by nature, I hope that programming will continue to be my bread and butter.
I also want to continue to be a small source of support for all the programmers I admire and respect.
