Hello, gitoverse!👋 My name is Fernando Bevilacqua, I am software developer currently living in Brazil 🇧🇷. I like to code and create new things, specially when they can help me or anyone somehow. I've been involved with open source for quite a while. I've been a co-maintainer (of Flixel Community, a game engine), main maintainer (of cvui, a C++/python ui lib for OpenCV) and contributor (Haxeflixel and Flixel Studio, for instance).

I have a few open-source projects of my own that I think are cool and could genuinely help others. The one I would like to highlight is cvui. It was created to ease the pain of building UI in applications based on OpenCV. I also really like flixel-studio, an embeddable, in-game editor for HaxeFlixel. It was made to turn the existing Flixel debugger into a full-featured editor, but I have big plans for it (think of a GameMaker and a cinematic tool baked into the engine).

I also love to write/produce education materials, such as tutorials with code demos, learning series and videos.

Working on open-source or side projects takes time and stamina. Even though we never asked anything for it, and we keep projects alive purely for joy and passion, a little sponsorship is awesome.
