👋 Who am I?
I'm a technical team lead in higher education by day, and software development consultant by night.
👨💻 What am I working on?
I contribute back to the open-source software I use and tend to build my hobby projects in public:
- I build tools and templates for Railway. Most notably I've built a a Railway template for Plausible Analytics and a Railway template for a complete Grafana Stack
- I write articles, guides, and notes on web development, software architecture, devops, and other techy stuff on my blog. You can check out the repo for that as well
- I open-source generalized examples of solutions I found useful at work. For example, Caesar. Caesar is a "template" for building out a Flask API that can off-load heavy workloads to an asynchronous worker queue via WakaQ that uses Redis as a message broker.
