Curtesy request for the public - Please update the installation section in README.rst and readthedocs.io to clone the repo and pip install in development mode (pip install -e .).
The two installation instructions I have followed all refer to pypi which hasn't been updated since May 2021 and is missing a lot of critical fixes:
