Need to build agreement on the design with @theymos.

The ad router should probably return a unique ID along with each ad which uniquely identifies the ad. Then I can keep stats on my end, which will probably be faster/easier.

Just added a commit: f88d212 that returns the _id of each ad along with the rest of that ad data so theymos can keep stats for each ad. This _id is unique within adness.
