Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Some features of the app won't work at all (e.g., some admin toggles) if NoScript is enabled.

Describe the solution you'd like

The whole app or relevant pages should have a NoScript warning.

Describe alternatives you've considered

All pages should function without JS enabled. This is the ideal solution, but it requires more engineering work.

Additional context

We are making a security conscious tool. It should therefore function without JS.
