passing a calibrated={True,False} argument should allow for ppBHPT waveforms with or without calibration, similar to:

This should be handled with the par_dict option: https://github.com/sxs-collaboration/gwsurrogate/blob/master/gwsurrogate/surrogate.py#L1685
