A titre informatif cette phrase ne signifie pas que tout citoyen doit connaitre toutes les lois.

C'est beau comme du séguéla! Une triple négation (si on considère ignorer comme le négatif pour connaître) en si peu de mots. Ou comment court-circuiter les circuits logiques de la réfléxion comme un préalable à la justice?
