@sivakp1 the information you are looking for is there. For Redis Community Edition we don't have a fixed security support period. The security support period is based on the introduction of new versions as detailed. |

Hello, Am I correct to understand that security support for 7.2.x releases will end when redis 8.0 is released? In the FAQ for the licensing (https://redis.io/blog/redis-adopts-dual-source-available-licensing/) it is mentioned that critical security patches will be released until redis 9.0 is released. Could you clarify which of the above is the correct one? |

With the first release of a new stable major, we will also support the two latest minors of the previous stable major. Update: for 8.0 we decided to continue supporting 6.2 till, at least, end of 2025. |
