Handle SIGINT/SIGTERM and gracefully shutdown the service quickly.

The shutdown process must:

  • Send shutdown messages to websocket peers and close web sockets connections.
  • Grafecaully shutdown the HTTP server.
  • Write a shutdown completed message to logs.
