Is your feature request related to a problem?

Ex. I'm always frustrated when I have to leave rudarr and return to sonarr and radarr to tweak their settings on my mobile because their web front ends are not mobile friendly or responsive.

Describe the solution you'd like

Inside your app. Replicate the sections of the settings in sonarr and radarr.

Describe alternatives you've considered

I’ve tried using the websites on my phone but it’s hard to control all the elements even when I go landscape.

This is a massive job, feel free to open a pull request with it. I’m not interested in building it, personally.
