Description
Comps with small sample sizes can have big spikes that visually dominate the comp figures even though these samples have the least influence on the results. Adding control over the maximum ylim would help. For instance, an input maximum of 0.4 would cut off the top of the spikes for 1-fish samples, but for a fleet with lots of data, the observed and expected would never exceed 0.2 so the limits would be 0, 0.2 for unsexed fish and -0.2, 0.2 for males/females. Thanks to @James-Thorson for discussing this idea.
