As soon as the new Clair impl is done, we would probably want to add a security command or something like that.

@Quentin-M can you expand what this would look like a bit more? Ideally write the eventual README entry that would be added to the project describing the feature.

IMO I would want a quayctl security check-image -i <IMAGE>
This would allow checking the latest version or any version for vulns and check if later versions are ok.

This can pull the Pending state that sometimes shows up and show the SLA we set for image builds aswell
