Workflow issues

We need to add a test that checks if a modification to the Group-Table made through a group command triggers a report on attribute 1 of GroupKeyManagement cluster.

Anything else?

The attribute reporting was implemented in #30055
after it was requested by #29773,
However we are not currently testing for it in Yaml.
