“Don’t show again” option for confirmation dialog popped up after feature toggles

We’ve added a confirmation dialog that appears before ZAP applies element changes triggered by feature toggles. This improves transparency by letting users confirm changes before they happen.

However, for advanced users, confirming every time can become tedious. We should discuss if we want to, and how to, add a “Don’t show again” option to suppress dialogs from popping up on future feature toggles.
