Currently the examples like treasure.py instantiate the Rosa object using the fixed DNS address rosa.local.

Add a CLI option to specify the target.

This will allow a fallback solution to #55 where we provide a predefined IP address 192.168.0.10, e.g.

cd ../../api/python/examples/comportements
python ./treasure.py --target 192.168.0.10
