I installed PHPBack on my subdomain https://feedback.mydomain.com and I proceeded through the installation however the installation script did not complete. It didn't write the home or admin directories & pages. I now get 404 messages. Any ideas?

I have it working successfully on my subdomain. Do you have changed the credentials for the application/config/database.php ?

Do you have SSL enabled (SSL-Proxy or similar)?
That was the problem in my case. Somehow the resources are linkes with http. Therefore the browser blocks these resources (mixed-content).
I solved this by putting "Header set Content-Security-Policy "upgrade-insecure-requests; default-src https:"" into the .htaccess File in the root folder.
Also you have have to set "AllowOverride All" instead of none in Apache config for the .htaccess files to work.

This is a workaround and should be fixed somehow in the code.
