Can the Wiki be updated with the prerequisite steps to get all the dependencies for the web app to work? I.e. a handholding walkthrough of a fresh installation?
I've built LAMP stacks on CentOS and Ubuntu server multiple times to install this, yet every time setup completes and redirects to http:///feedback/admin the page says "Not Found The requested URL /feedback/admin was not found on this server."

However, installing bitnami WAMP (https://bitnami.com/stack/wamp) stack and then dropping the files in the htdocs folder for apache2 lets everything run perfectly.

I think it's setting on the webserver not allowing it to work correctly. I struggled with this for a while wondering if I need to sym link them to the directory, or copy the directory, etc....I ended up having to edit the httpd.conf file and change the htaccess section. Instead of "AllowOveride None" change it to "AllowOveride All", restart the webserver and it worked just fine. This was on an Apache server.
