The perlfaq project took on the perlglossary after we'd started the rest of it - but they are kind'a two separate things - that said if you find a reasonable place in perlfaq to mention it please send a pull request

I've been thinking about this, and I don't think there's a place where we should mention it in any file in this repo. It's already in the main page (perldoc perl) and in the table of contents (perldoc perltoc).

I'd reject this issue.
