Describe the Bug
Running npx create-payload-app --use-pnpm, I get
Error installing dependencies: Command failed with exit code 1: pnpm install
│ ERR_PNPM_WORKSPACE_PKG_NOT_FOUND In : "@payloadcms/next@workspace:*" is in the dependencies but no package named "@payloadcms/next" is present in the workspace
