Hi suprafun,
I never decided on a license for this code.

Can I ask what your interest in it is?

I believe the repo on github is in a broken state, but I have a later version that at least passed the tests I ran on it on my local machine and I believe is shorter and easier to follow.

If you could give me a little more information about your interest, I could look into licensing and distributing that code.

I just want to study the source code to learn how I might decompose a mesh into parts. Its a problem I am trying to solve at the moment. I am not very comfortable with computational geometry problems. So any source code I could study would be useful.
