We need to enhance the wallet information and update the GUI and gRPC to display more details about the wallet.

The updates should include:

  1. A wallet name: The default wallet should be named "Default Wallet", while other wallets should use the Wallet Path name.
  2. Displaying the Wallet Version.
  3. Displaying the Wallet UUID.
  4. Showing the wallet creation time.

Make structure for the Wallet Info.

@b00f , for the GUI updates, we need to align with the latest Figma design and ensure the UI/UX follows the established guidelines. Please coordinate with the UI team to refresh the designs accordingly.
