🐛 Describe the bug
#125806 could not be landed for more than a year because of inductor failures:
- One is
vision_maskrcnnincreased number of graph breaks - One of the tests times out
IMO we should just skip the test for now and figure out the regressions, as it makes no sense testing against a year old TorchVision, as every user of torch.compile will be installing a more recent version, which is not covered by the tests
