🚀 The feature, motivation and pitch

We should enable PyTorch CI jobs on GB200 overall.

This is to track a subset of the work: running dynamo torchbench on GB200 https://github.com/pytorch/pytorch/blob/main/benchmarks/dynamo/README.md
