torch.distributed.checkpoint.state_dict.get_model_state_dict does not update the state_dict._metadata key #154327

Description

🐛 Describe the bug

torch.distributed.checkpoint.state_dict.get_model_state_dict correctly removes the module. prefix from keys in the returned state_dict. However, it does not update the corresponding keys in state_dict._metadata, unlike how torch.nn.modules.utils.consume_prefix_in_state_dict_if_present handles this case. I don't think this is the intended behavior.
